These HoneyChat Global Payment and Refund Rules (the “Payment Rules”) apply to purchases of paid features, subscriptions, usage bundles, premium access, digital consumables, and other paid digital functionality offered through HoneyChat (the “Paid Features”).
These Payment Rules form part of the HoneyChat Global Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between these Payment Rules and mandatory local law, mandatory local law prevails to the extent required.
1. Paid Features
1.1. HoneyChat may offer Paid Features on a one-time, recurring, bundled, usage-based, or promotional basis.
1.2. Paid Features may include premium messages, extra generations, media credits, subscriptions, temporary access plans, usage packages, special voices, advanced models, or other digital functionality described in the Service interface.
1.3. Availability of any Paid Feature may vary by country, platform, device, app version, and account status.
2. Pricing and Taxes
2.1. Prices are shown in the currency or billing unit displayed at checkout or in the relevant platform interface.
2.2. Prices may include or exclude taxes, platform fees, or similar charges depending on the platform and applicable law. Where required, taxes or mandatory fees will be shown before completion of purchase.
2.3. The Operator may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed for a fixed term, except where allowed by law and clearly disclosed.
3. Payment Methods
3.1. Paid Features may be purchased using platform-native tools or other payment methods made available by the Operator.
3.2. At the time of this version, HoneyChat may use Telegram Stars for digital purchases where supported.
3.3. Additional payment methods may be added in the future, including cards, app-store billing, wallets, subscriptions, invoicing, or third-party payment processors, if offered in the Service.
3.4. Payment processing may be carried out by Telegram, a platform provider, or a third-party processor. Their platform rules, billing rules, and refund mechanisms may apply in addition to these Payment Rules.
4. Recurring Plans and Renewals
4.1. If a Paid Feature renews automatically, the billing period, renewal frequency, next billing date, and cancellation method will be shown in the Service interface or purchase flow.
4.2. Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.
4.3. You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want renewal to occur.
4.4. If a platform controls billing, cancellation must be completed through that platform’s billing tools unless the Service expressly provides another method.
5. Digital Nature of the Service
5.1. HoneyChat provides digital content and/or digital services.
5.2. Access to Paid Features may begin immediately after purchase, after platform confirmation, or after technical activation by the Service.
5.3. Certain digital items may be consumed, depleted, or partially used when you generate content, access premium tools, or use paid functionality.
6. Refund Policy — Global Rule
6.1. Unless mandatory local law or platform rules require otherwise, purchases of digital content and digital services are final and non-refundable once: - access to the Paid Feature has started; - the digital feature has been delivered, activated, or credited; - the subscription period has begun; or - the consumable or usage-based feature has been used in whole or in part.
6.2. Refunds may nevertheless be granted by the Operator, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion in cases such as: - duplicate charges; - technical failure attributable to the Operator that prevented delivery of the purchased feature; - accidental overbilling clearly documented by the user; - fraud review outcomes favorable to the user; - other cases where refund is required by law or platform rules.
6.3. No refund is owed merely because: - you changed your mind; - you did not like a generated response; - an output was filtered, blocked, limited, or removed under the Terms of Use or AI Content & Moderation Policy; - your account was restricted for a breach of the rules; - you failed to use included credits before expiration, where expiration was clearly disclosed.
7. Refund Request Procedure
7.1. To request a refund, contact the Operator at:
Billing contact: honeychatbot@proton.me
Support: @HoneyChatAIBot
7.2. Your request should include, where available: - your account identifier or Telegram user ID; - date of purchase; - type of Paid Feature; - proof of purchase or transaction ID; - a brief explanation of the issue.
7.3. The Operator may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
7.4. If the purchase was made through a platform that controls refunds, the Operator may direct you to that platform’s refund procedure.
8. Fraud, Abuse, Chargebacks, and Reversals
8.1. The Operator may refuse, reverse, suspend, or limit Paid Features if a transaction is flagged for fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, chargeback risk, or Terms violations.
8.2. If a payment is reversed, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, the Operator may remove the corresponding credits, revoke access, suspend the account, or recover the value of benefits already used, to the extent permitted by law.
8.3. Repeated abusive refund requests, chargebacks, or payment fraud may result in permanent loss of access.
9. Promotional Credits and Gifted Access
9.1. Promotional credits, trial credits, gifted access, bonus credits, or goodwill credits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
9.2. Promotional items may expire, may be non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud, abuse, or error.
10. Service Changes and Paid Features
10.1. The Operator may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue Paid Features, models, content formats, or premium tools.
10.2. If a material reduction affects an active paid plan, the Operator may provide a replacement benefit, pro-rata credit, refund, or other remedy where required by law or deemed appropriate by the Operator.
11. Contact and Records
11.1. The Operator may keep reasonable payment records, billing logs, and support correspondence for accounting, anti-fraud, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.
11.2. Questions about billing may be sent to the contacts listed above.
Regional Overrides
A. EU / EEA Override
A.1. If mandatory EU or EEA consumer law applies, statutory rights regarding pre-contract information, withdrawal, conformity remedies, or digital-content rights remain unaffected.
A.2. If you expressly request immediate performance of a digital service or immediate delivery of digital content, and applicable law allows waiver or loss of a withdrawal right on that basis, the Service may ask you to acknowledge that consequence during checkout.
A.3. Nothing in these Payment Rules excludes mandatory rights to a proportionate price reduction, refund, or legal remedy where required by law.
B. United Kingdom Override
B.1. If mandatory UK consumer law applies, statutory rights concerning digital content, digital services, auto-renewal disclosures, and refunds remain unaffected.
B.2. Where required, the Service may provide UK-specific notices regarding recurring billing, cancellation, and age-assurance-linked access restrictions.
C. California / United States Override
C.1. If state law requires particular renewal, cancellation, or digital-purchase notices, those notices apply in addition to these Payment Rules.
C.2. Taxes, billing descriptors, and auto-renewal disclosures may vary by state, platform, or payment channel.
D. Russian Federation Override
D.1. If the Service is made available to users in the Russian Federation, mandatory local rules concerning consumer information, payment disclosures, and other legal requirements may apply to the extent required by law.
D.2. Where a platform controls billing and refund mechanics, the user may need to follow the platform’s own refund channel first.
Short Checkout Notice
By completing your purchase, you agree that HoneyChat provides digital content and digital services. Unless mandatory local law or platform rules require otherwise, digital purchases become non-refundable once access starts, credits are delivered, or the purchased feature is used.
